Par Health in Hobart seeks an experienced Manager Operational Excellence to lead strategic transformation across the site. You will identify, develop, and execute initiatives that improve operational performance and business outcomes, with a focus on lean, safety and quality.

You will drive AI-enabled process improvements, track savings, coach teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals while maintaining compliance with cGMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing within cGMP.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience leading transformational operational initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience implementing Lean and Operational Excellence in regulated environments.

Responsibilities
