Job summary

Henry Schein seeks a Senior AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager to lead enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma, AI, automation, and digital innovation. You will partner with the Global Distribution Group Executive Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational initiatives that simplify work and accelerate value creation across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Experience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong business consulting and executive facilitation skills.
• Experience leveraging AI solutions, automation platforms or RPA.
• Understanding of change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives partnering with executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and strategic consulting.
• Identify, prioritize and implement AI, automation and digital solutions.
• Establish enterprise governance for AI and automation.
• Champion Change Management and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Measure value with KPI development, ROI tracking and executive reporting.
• Facilitate Strategic Kaizen workshops with cross-functional SMEs.
• Use data to identify trends, measure success, and drive improvements.
