This role will lead strategic transformation efforts across the Hobart site by identifying, developing, and executing initiatives that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include enhancing site metrics, strengthening alignment with enterprise objectives, driving sustainable value creation, and leveraging advanced AI technologies to modernize and optimize critical operational processes. This role will provide leadership in strategic transformations, drive lean principles across the site and ensure sustainability of implemented process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences or recognized equivalent
The expected base pay range for this position is 113,560 - 153,640 Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The Manager Operational Excellencewill functionally report to the Site Leader.
