You will partner with GDG leadership and IT to simplify processes, accelerate AI adoption, and deliver measurable value across business units.

This role blends process excellence, consulting, and organizational change management to realize performance improvements and value realization across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation or process mining.
• Experience evaluating AI, automation or RPA opportunities and developing business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic consulting to solve operational challenges.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions to simplify work and boost productivity.
• Support establishment of governance for AI and automation with standards, prioritization, and ROI tracking.
• Champion Change Management, communications, training, and knowledge management to accelerate adoption.
