Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt is an asset.
• 5+ years of experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing programs, portfolios, governance processes, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program, coaching participants, project sponsors, and leaders.
• Build and sustain a Continuous Improvement Community of Practice through learning events, workshops, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives from intake through execution, ensuring alignment to business priorities and measurable value.
• Facilitate workshops, process improvement events, and problem-solving sessions with benefits realization and sustainable outcomes.
• Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations that showcase program performance, project outcomes, and organizational impact.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to strengthen governance, standardize practices, and advance Operational Excellence.
