Job summary

Bloq.it is seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to drive continuous improvement across production, supply chain, support, maintenance and deployment. You’ll map and optimize processes and partner with cross‑functional teams to scale improvements globally.

You’ll apply Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies, document workflows, and foster a culture of excellence while enabling agile change across locations and regions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Redesign and optimize processes with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Document workflows, analyze end-to-end processes, and support implementation.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence and change management.
• Analyze trends and root causes to drive improvements across locations.
