Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations.
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Astemo's Operational Excellence System (OES) across all functions.
• Own the site's OES roadmap, maturity progression, audit readiness, and action plans.
• Lead Kaizen events, productivity workshops, and value stream mapping initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, capacity, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Quantify and report savings from continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead project pipeline and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Coach and develop CI personnel and cross-functional teams.
