Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to deploy, train, and implement CI methodologies across the facility. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and lead safety-focused, data-driven projects that improve efficiency and quality.

You will coach teams, run kaizen events, develop metrics, and drive OEE gains by extracting data from systems. A Green Belt Six Sigma certification and experience in manufacturing are highly valued, with strong communication and

Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to obtain with role
Experience in operations, manufacturing or process improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry

Responsibilities

Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
Training CI in the facility; facilitate deployment and integrate CI into the culture of the business.
Supports production and operations to ensure quality product, meet customer service goals, and improve efficiency/productivity.
Supports employee training to instill continuous improvement skills.
Develops new processes and programs where gaps exist.
Leads projects to improve business results.
Drives OEE improvement through data extraction and opportunity identification.
Establishes metrics and reporting tools and tracks progress.
Fosters collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Coordinates PCS development with department leaders (machine/board/plant).
