Responsibilities

• Build business cases and project plans for process, system, and operational enhancements.
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, testing, and evaluation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of improvement initiatives based on impact and strategy.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, support recommendations, and measure outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
• Establish continuous improvement practices and monitor performance against success criteria.

This individual will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, manage complex projects, leverage data to drive decision-making, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Business Process Consultants, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Build business cases and project plans for process, system, and operational enhancements.
• Manage projects from initiation through implementation, including planning, testing, monitoring, and post-deployment evaluation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to deliver business improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of improvement initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.
• Utilize data analysis and reporting to identify trends, support recommendations, and measure project outcomes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Establish continuous improvement practices and monitor performance against defined success criteria.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Business Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or similar functions.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, or related improvement methodology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working in data-driven operational environments.
