Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Operations, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering/Process Engineering/Continuous Improvement/Project Management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or progress toward certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve quality, throughput, and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and sources of variation using data analysis and process engineering techniques.
• Develop and implement scalable process solutions that balance quality, service, cost and compliance.
• Evaluate systems, workflows, and technologies to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Establish process standards, controls, and performance metrics to sustain improvements.
