Apogee Architectural Metals seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer II to drive process optimization across manufacturing and business operations. This role partners with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to analyze end-to-end workflows and lead data-driven improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional process development, data analysis, and coaching teams in CI tools and problem-solving.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing or CI experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional development, standardization, and optimization of manufacturing and business processes to improve capacity, flow, and effectiveness.
• Lead collecting and analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and inform solutions.
• Coach supervisors and operators on CI tools, standard work, and problem-solving behaviors.
• Lead Ops initiatives aligned to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; drive AMS culture change.
• Travel regionally up to 10% and work in both office and manufacturing environments.
