Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing or CI experience.
• Applied knowledge of CI and Lean methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional development, standardization, and optimization of processes.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Lead larger scope CI projects and coach teams in problem-solving.
• Drive AMS/Lean improvements and safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align goals.
