You will learn core CI tools, assist in data analysis, and help standardize processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity across the organization.

• Assist in developing and standardizing manufacturing and business processes.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies, constraints, and performance gaps.
• Support structured problem-solving efforts for small- to mid-scale issues and cross-functional initiatives.
• Use AMS tools and techniques to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions and monitor results.
