Operational Excellence Engineer - Global Standardization

As an Operational Excellence & TPM Engineer at Micron, you will lead the implementation of systems and programs that improve performance and reliability for our global Facilities operations. This is a highly impactful, global-facing role where you will be the champion for fostering a continuous improvement culture that drives operational and reliability excellence. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and scale programs worldwide. You will play a key role in deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), standardizing procedures, and implementing new operational solutions. Responsibilities

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at your assigned site(s) by conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Lead global operational excellence initiatives focusing on process standardization, performance improvement, and waste reduction.
• Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions that support a high-performance culture and enhance organization effectiveness.
• Analyze maintenance and operations data to identify performance, reliability, and cost improvement opportunities.
• Conduct audits to ensure alignment with TPM and operational excellence standards.
• Develop and standardize standard methodologies, maintenance methods, and SOP’s.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
