Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant (PIC) to support execution and continuous optimization across a distribution network. You will act as a local expert on Lean, Six Sigma, and agile methodologies, partnering with site leadership to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.

Travel up to 25% to regional DCs, coach Kaizen events, map value streams, and drive change management while leveraging data analytics to quantify impact and ensure standardization across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Kaizen Leader certification strongly preferred.
4+ years in process improvement, industrial engineering, or related areas.
Experience supporting multiple processes in a large-scale distribution center.

Responsibilities

Execute and support network-wide process improvement strategies across multiple distribution centers.
Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis workshops.
Develop action plans to close gaps and optimize bottlenecks.
Monitor KPIs and report trends to site leadership using Power BI and Excel.
