Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Business Performance Partner to drive Operational Excellence across Global Products and Supply Chain. The role focuses on consulting with internal/external customers, analyzing performance, and delivering process-improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.

The candidate should have 8–12 years of OpEx experience in manufacturing, strong English, and PMI/Black Belt credentials.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx) within manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills.
  • Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Experience with medium- to high-complexity OpEx projects.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and OpEx methodologies expertise.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
  • PMI training or certification preferred.
  • Understanding of warehouse and production practices.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic objectives for operational excellence within a business segment or function.
  • Identify, own, and track projects supporting GPSC strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to implement improvements.
  • Apply best practices and process improvement tools to deliver results.
  • Evaluate performance against business strategies for sites or value streams.
  • Gather requirements and set optimal process parameters.
  • Ensure year-over-year accountability for improvement efforts.
  • Understand financial methodologies in cost-reduction context.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on cross-organizational improvements.
  • Align with senior leadership to implement performance recommendations.
  • Support Global Products and Supply Chain objectives within GPSC.
