Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Principal Operational Readiness Engineer to stabilize and drive execution of complex data center projects across its portfolio. The role involves deep technical reviews, assessing infrastructure readiness, and coordinating across design, construction, and operations teams to ensure on-time, compliant handoffs.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in mission-critical environments, strong PM and scheduling skills, and experience with MEP systems, risk mitigation, and large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in data center design, construction, commissioning, or operational readiness within mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, controls, generators, UPS).
• Proven experience managing distressed or high-risk infrastructure projects and driving corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep operational and technical reviews of active projects to identify gaps in design validation, process execution, construction coordination, turnover readiness, and quality assurance.
