We're Hiring: Operational Data Coordinator (Remote)

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, tech-savvy Operational Data Coordinator to help us keep our information sharp, our systems aligned, and our teams empowered.

What You'll Be Up To:

As our Operational Data Coordinator, you’ll be the information powerhouse behind our operational efficiency. Your mission: to ensure our vendor info, pricing, inventory, and proposals are current, accurate, and easily accessible. Your work supports the planning, execution, and success of events that wow our clients—and keeps our internal gears turning smoothly.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Own the accuracy of vendor profiles, pricing updates, inventory records, and seasonal event packages
• Keep our Event Cost Sheet (ECS) current and in sync with real-world pricing and operational changes
• Serve as the go-to for data requests and updates, ensuring timely and strategic responses
• Coordinate proposal refreshes and internal data communications that directly support our risk and operations teams
• Partner with vendors regularly to confirm and enhance our database of services and offerings
• Build and improve SOPs that shape how we manage and leverage operational data
• Deliver regular reporting and insights to guide decision-making across teams

Who You Are:

Highly organized and detail-driven

A confident communicator with solid writing and professional email etiquette

An Excel wizard with CRM experience and a love of cloud-based tools

Curious, analytical, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bonus points if you’ve handled vendor management, risk tracking, or inventory systems in a previous role

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in data management, operations coordination, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, Events, or a similar field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with data systems and platforms, and a valid driver’s license
