Job summary

Avantpage is seeking an Operations Innovation Strategist to ensure bold ideas are feasible within existing workflows and SLAs, and to drive scalable, repeatable operations. You will help optimize internal processes and build automated tooling that supports delivery at scale.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ship the 2026 roadmap on time, ensuring launched products are fully operable with documented workflows and clear ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, business process improvement, or related field.
• Demonstrated success redesigning a workflow with measurable gains.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-team impact awareness.
• Hands-on with automations, templates, or tools to improve workflows.
• Excellent documentation and ability to give clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a track record of delivering improvements on time.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation trends.

Responsibilities

• Validate feasibility of new concepts against real workflow capacity, staffing, and SLAs.
• Lead internal process optimizations to reduce cost and increase capacity.
• Map current workflows and design improved future-state processes and tooling.
• Own handoffs of new products into standing operations with defined ownership and SLAs.
• Develop playbooks and runbooks for delivery teams and ensure operability of launched products.
