Cimarron Software Services, Inc. is seeking an Operational Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency on the IRES contract at Schriever Space Force Base near Colorado Springs.

The role focuses on developing, refining, and maintaining standardized processes and technical documentation. You will extract and analyze operational information from multiple data sources, publish PowerBI reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens only due to facility security requirements.
• Must have a valid Real ID-compliant driver’s license or state ID.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• 4+ years of general, full-time work experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience extracting, consolidating, and analyzing operational information from multiple data sources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and maintain standardized processes and technical documentation.
• Extract and aggregate operational information from multiple sources to establish performance benchmarks and key operational measures.
• Author, publish, and maintain structured performance reports using PowerBI.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational workflows to support informed decision-making.
• Identify trends and root causes; provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
