Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of accounting or accounting support experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data retrieval, formulas, and reporting.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions while maintaining controls.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end close activities for accurate reporting.
• Prepare and support journal entries and general accounting transactions.
• Maintain data integrity within Accounts Payable systems and validate documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate vendor and internal inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and controls.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
