Job summary

Oriental in Puerto Rico seeks an Associate, Sales & Services (Branches) to deliver proactive customer service while identifying client financial needs and presenting alternatives. This on-site role in Aibonito focuses on cross-selling bank products including loans, accounts, investments, mortgages and commercial services.

You will build new relationships and strengthen existing ones, handle inquiries, process transactions, ensure policy compliance, and support branch profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two years retail/sales experience required.
• Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent consulting, sales, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service.
• Receives bank visitors and directs them to appropriate staff.
• Responds to inquiries and provides solutions for products and services.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to strengthen relationships.
• Generate new accounts, loans and other products to meet needs and profitability.
• Handle transactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Other duties may be assigned.
