• Minimum 3+ years in corporate or public accounting.

Responsibilities

Ensure Accuracy: Maintain the general ledger and perform bank reconciliations with an eagle eye.

• -The Day-to-DayApplication & Data Management: Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for general ledger maintenance and Google Sheets/Excel for advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
• -Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, including the proper application of the Chart of Accounts (COA), creation of Journal Entries (JE), and management of credit card logs.
• -Specialized Expertise: Apply and maintain knowledgeable Loan Mortgage Accounting, leveraging a strong Analytical Mindset and digital fluency to manage all financial operations.
• -A/P & A/R and Vendor Relations: Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes, demonstrating excellence in client communication. Serve as a key financial point of contact to troubleshoot accounting issues and collaborate effectively with external vendors.
• -Handle ad hoc accounting related requests.
• -Strong understanding of GAAP.
