Position Summary:

Axionova is seeking driven, detail-oriented Remote Operator Technicians to join our team. As an Operator Technician, you will play an essential role in monitoring, regulating, and troubleshooting complex systems and processes. Your contribution will ensure the safe and efficient functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee and manage various operational processes remotely.
• - Monitor control systems, analyze data, and make adjustments or recommendations to optimize performance.
• - Assist in system startups, shutdowns, and emergency responses as required.
• - Gain in-depth knowledge of the operational environment and processes for effective support.

As part of a remote team, you will ensure safe and efficient operations across a variety of systems, contributing to smooth, secure processes without the need for on-site presence. All candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment, background check, and training before commencing employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• - High School diploma or equivalent; technical coursework preferred.
• - Must be 18 years or older.
• - Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills are required.
• - Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Associates degree in a related field, such as Process Technology, Power Plant Technology, or similar.
• - Two years of experience as a process operator or in a related field.
• - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on operational requirements.

Pay and Benefits:

The starting hourly wage for this position is between $39.48 and $45.27, based on experience and qualifications, with scheduled increases upon demonstrated proficiency. Our benefits include a company-matched 401(k), medical coverage, paid parental leave, and more.
