You will gather requirements, draft technical documents, and guide implementation with cross-functional teams, while ensuring robust documentation and end-user training. Strong remote collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of system analysis experience, preferably in remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, data modeling, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and identify improvements or modernization opportunities.
• Define and document system requirements with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to implement changes and ensure testing and deployment readiness.
• Develop system documentation and support end-users.
• Lead multi-project priorities and deliverables on schedule.
