Overview

Purpose of the position: Responsible for managing the production planning, material control, cost, and inventory management processes to ensure project program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive cross-function collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of various projects
• Strong organizational and planning skill with a high level of holistic and strategic thinking, and attentions to details
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills, and good at presentation
• Solid experiences in managing resources and preparinf appropriate documentation
• Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges
• Customer relationship maintain / Customer visit reception
• Work with cross functional teams for budget planning, BOM building, build plan, security control etc
• Deal with production abnormal, such as material shortage/change, quality on hold, line down issue, etc

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of program management.

Working conditions

• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations
