Job summary

A leading technology company in Houston, Texas is seeking a Program Manager to develop and manage the CapEx budget for project equipment and tooling. This role involves driving day-to-day activities, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring program objectives are met. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of program management experience. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Qualifications

Overview

Develop and manage CapEx budget for project equipment/tooling/fixture, tracking EIH, Track OSS, spare parts, OOW for production sustaining.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall program objectives
• Facilitate good communication and collaboration across engineering functions, operations, and vendors
• Work with cross functional teams for budget planning, BOM building, setup, vendor support, sustaining, transfer etc
• Customer visit reception

Education And Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of program management.

Working conditions

• Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
• This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations
