Job summary

Patriot Rail oversees daily railroad operations in Silver Creek, MS with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service. You will lead and coach high-performing teams and drive operating performance toward budget goals.

Conductor certification is required; Engineer certification preferred. You will build strong customer and business relationships while ensuring compliance with FRA regulations and company standards, and you will support growth initiatives and capital projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of railroad leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Conductor certification required; Engineer certification preferred.
