Job summary

Patriot Rail Company is seeking a seasoned railroad operations leader to manage daily rail activities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service. You will develop and coach teams, drive performance and budgets, and build strong customer relationships.

The role requires conductor certification and knowledge of FRA regulations, with engineer certification preferred. Valid driver's license is required, and the position is based on-site in Mississippi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of railroad leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily railroad operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service.
