Job summary

Patriot Rail Transportation Company LLC in Silver Creek, MS is seeking an entry-level track maintenance worker to inspect, repair, and maintain railroad track and structures. You will replace ties, rail, spikes, and other components, and operate hand and power tools to support daily maintenance tasks.

You'll join a safety-focused team committed to reliable freight movement and will gain hands-on experience in a growing railroad operation with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, maintenance, railroad, or manual labor environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather.
