Daikin Applied is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen workshops, and lean programs across Sales, Service and Solutions. This hybrid role in Plymouth, MN drives cost reduction, productivity gains, and on-time delivery while coaching teams in problem solving and lean tools.

Provides management direction and guidance in the development, implementation, and sustainment of continuous improvement and skills development activities and programs for Daikin Applied. Leads and facilitates process improvements through workshops, Kaizen and scorecard meetings. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MNWhat you will do:Develops and leads continuous improvement training programs related to Kaizen, quality, problem solving, and team facilitation techniques and tools across Sales, Service and Solutions business unitCreate the vision and strategy that drives continuous improvement in terms of cost reduction (CIP), productivity gains, and lean best practices across the business unit to improve Quality and On-Time DeliveryDevelops and coordinates the implementation of employee technical skills development programs and provides ongoing management oversight and support of these programsProvides coaching experience and subject matter expertise to others working with Kaizen and other Lean methodologies.
