Job summary

Laborie is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in Operating Rooms and Ambulatory Surgery Centers within a defined NC territory. Present Laborie products, build physician relationships, and grow revenue through strategic account penetration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of medical device sales, strong OR knowledge, and excellent presentation/negotiation skills, with willingness to travel across the territory. Join a team committed to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of sales in medical devices, preferably in Urology.
• Strong problem-solving and results-driven mindset; team player.
• Strong OR knowledge and procurement familiarity.
• Certification to access accounts within the assigned geography.
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Clinical background in Urology or hospital selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Growth: Present and sell Laborie products to medical professionals in offices, hospitals, and ASCs.
• Clinical Support & Training: Advise physicians and staff on product use and provide in-service education.
• Business Development: Identify new prospects and develop action plans, proposals, and contracts.
• Sales Tools & Reporting: Use tools to develop prospects, track activities, and forecast results.
• Customer Relationship Management: Resolve concerns and coordinate resources for successful outcomes.
