Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist in the operating room under supervision of surgeons and RNs. You will prepare and maintain a sterile field, pass instruments, and support the team to ensure patient safety and smooth procedures.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited Surgical Technologist program and a current BLS certification, with preferred early-career experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating room preparation and sterile setup.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field throughout the case and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with specimen handling, labeling, and post-procedure care as directed.
• Support inventory management and cleaning/sterilization processes as required.
