Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room/Surgical setting in Irving, TX. The role supports patients before, during, and after surgery in a high-acuity environment, requiring strict aseptic technique and teamwork.

Open OR specialties include CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, Transplant, Orthopedic, or Robotic surgery. Shifts available day, night, and mid; positions offered as full-time, part-time, or per diem, with benefits such as 401K, paid time off, and tuition

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active RN license required or unencumbered.
• 1+ year OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain aseptic, safe operating room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative patient care and nursing tasks.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about procedure and postoperative care.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
