Incredible Health in El Paso, TX is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery. Positions include day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements.

Ideal candidates hold ADN or higher in nursing with an active RN license and OR experience; ACLS/PALS are preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and aseptic technique are essential, with comprehensive benefits and a signing bonus often offered.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
