Job summary

Incredible Health in Cypress, TX is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) for day, night or mid shifts. Roles include full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities with benefits such as 401(k), tuition assistance, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Candidates should have ADN or higher, an active RN license, and OR experience. ACLS/PALS are preferred, along with strong aseptic technique, critical thinking, and teamwork with physicians, staff, patients and families.

Qualifications

• 1+ years OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative patient care as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
