Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Two years of central decontamination experience preferred.
• Reads, writes and speaks English.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare supplies for cases; assist OR staff in setup, cleanup and turnover of operating rooms; perform surgical prep duties and assist with positioning patients.
• Stock and order supplies; rotate stock; maintain a sterile environment; sterilize instruments and transport items to turnover rooms for processing.
• Transport patients to and from OR; run errands; assist in Pre-An and PACU.
