Qualifikationen

• Graduate of NLN approved nursing program.
• 1 year experience as Operating Room RN.
• Texas license or NLC license; BLS/CPR from AHA or ARC.

Aufgaben

• Assesses and documents physiological, psychological, sociocultural and spiritual health status of patient on admission and during intraoperative phase.
• Interprets health status data to plan and coordinate intraoperative nursing care.
• Identifies and implements intraoperative nursing interventions and documents them.
• Collaborates with health care team to ensure optimal patient care and communicates observations.
• Prepares for procedures by obtaining supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
