Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia.
• Graduate of BSN with RN licensure; or ADN with nursing experience.
• 12 months of recent nursing experience or completion of re-entry program.
• Exceptions for LPNs transitioning or ADN-to-BSN obligations as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and recognizes impact on outcomes.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
