Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinician to deliver high-quality patient care using the Synergy Model and evidence-based practice. You will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care while partnering with patients and families.

The role requires a BSN with 12 months of recent nursing experience or ADN with 2 years of RN experience, Georgia RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS may be needed depending on department. Join a team focused on professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN with 12 months of nursing experience in the past five years, or recent RN re-entry program.
• Graduate of an ADN with at least 2 years of RN experience in the past five years.
• Current RN license in Georgia; BLS, ACLS may be required; multi-state license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and develops care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and paper records.
• Identifies patient and family learning needs and resources.
• Works with interdisciplinary team and may take on Charge Nurse responsibilities.
• Supports orientation of staff and students when needed.
