Zusammenfassung

Baylor Scott & White Health Temple is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our 636-bed teaching hospital. This full-time, 8-hour evening shift schedule provides 40 hours per week in a dynamic surgical environment.

You'll work across multiple specialties and with DaVinci, MAKO, Ion robotics; participate in training and collaborate with surgeons, residents, and anesthesia to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of operating room registered nursing experience.
• Graduate of an Accredited RN program.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Deliver perioperative care before, during, and after procedures.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Promote safe patient passage and monitor for complications.
