Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an OR Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model. You will assess patients, develop a care plan, and ensure safe transitions with appropriate delegation based on competence and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires BSN and 1+ year OR RN experience, including robotic OR exposure. Expect a Monday–Friday shift with a 30-minute call requirement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 1+ year OR RN experience.
• 1+ year OR robotic experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Promote safe patient passage and timely transitions.
• Delegate tasks based on competence and act within Texas Nursing Practice Act.
