Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model. The RN assesses patients, creates care plans, and delegates interventions based on patient needs and staff competencies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year OR experience; robotics and trauma experience are highly preferred. BLS certification within 30 days of hire is required. This on-site role supports our mission to deliver outstanding patient care.

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process in the OR.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

• Ensure safe passage for patients and minimize delays in care.
