Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an RN to provide holistic nursing care under the Professional Practice Model. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based actions, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR. BSN within 5 years is encouraged; AD/Diploma nurses are considered. ACLS/BLS compliance is required.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an Ohio license to practice nursing.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, spiritual and education needs.
• Develop, implement, and revise the plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing actions and communicate orders with the care team.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure confidentiality.
