Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care within our care teams. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will follow the Christ Hospital Professional Practice Model, use SBAR for handoffs, and lead safety initiatives while educating patients and families. Ohio licensure and BLS/ACLS expectations apply.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN licensed professional.
• BSN within 5 years of hire or higher education pathway.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months for certain units.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessments using the Christ Hospital model.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care with SBAR communication.
• Execute evidenced-based nursing interventions and educate patients and families.
• Document care accurately and participate in safety and quality initiatives.
