Job summary

Demonstrates nursing knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. BSN within 5 years and Ohio RN licensure are required, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio is required.
• BSN must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Strong adherence to ANA ethics and Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Performs holistic patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, and education needs.
• Coordinates care plans using SBAR with the care team.
• Delivers patient education and discharge planning.
• Communicates care plans during handoffs and rounds.
• Maintains documentation in the electronic medical record accurately.
