Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for OR for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity allows nurses to apply their passion for pediatric nursing and the operating room. Candidates with OR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

The PRN position offers self-scheduling, W2 employment status, and weekly pay. Eligible staff may receive medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus.
• Pass background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Perform assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assist physicians and ensure continuity between the care unit and the Operating Room.

• Pay Rate: $48-$52 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: PRN with flexible scheduling

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is completed

Responsibilities

The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery. Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and provides continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
