Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state
• BLS certification
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• BSN preferred (education requirement)

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains accurate, timely electronic health record documentation.
• Adheres to safety culture and professional ethics; may float to other units as needed.
