Job summary

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room. This full-time role offers meaningful patient care, adherence to standards, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, therapeutic care across the perioperative continuum.

First shift 7a-7p, 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. The hospital is a Level 1 trauma center and a teaching hospital in collaboration with Wake Forest University

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
• Operating Room experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Support evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and communication while ensuring a safe patient environment.
