Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem seeks a Registered Nurse for the Adult Emergency Department. You will provide and coordinate patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, timely, evidence-based treatment in a fast-paced trauma and emergent care environment.

This role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and a North Carolina RN license. BLS is required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing program completion.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Two years ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, timely, evidence-based treatment in a fast-paced ED.
• Lead efforts to promote patient safety and ensure high-quality outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
